Hawaiian Pineapple-Coconut Poke Cake Parfait
This Hawaiian Pineapple-Coconut Poke Cake Parfaith will take you to a tropical paradise. Layers of cake with pineapple flavor, vanilla pudding, whipped cream, and toasted coconut on top. A delicious treat for any event!
Ingredients:
- 1 box pineapple cake mix
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup shredded coconut, toasted
- 1 package 3
- 4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 container 8 oz whipped topping
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the pineapple cake mix according to package instructions
While the cake is baking, mix the vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups of milk and refrigerate until set
Once the cake is done, let it cool slightly and then use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake
Pour coconut milk over the cake, making sure it seeps into the holes
Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the cake, allowing it to fill the holes
Spread the prepared vanilla pudding over the cake and pineapple layer
Top with whipped topping and sprinkle toasted shredded coconut on top
Garnish with Maraschino cherries
Refrigerate for a few hours before serving
Serve chilled and enjoy the tropical flavors!
