Classic Cheeseburger



Indulge in the timeless goodness of a classic cheeseburger with all the fixings. Perfectly seasoned beef patties topped with melted cheddar cheese, fresh vegetables, and your favorite condiments, all sandwiched between a toasted bun.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Onion slices
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Pickles

Instructions:

Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready

Make 4 patties out of the ground beef that are all the same size

Add salt and pepper to both sides

Put the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for three to four minutes on each side for medium-rare

You can change the cooking time to get the level of doneness you like

Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking

Fry or grill the hamburger buns for a few seconds on each side while the burgers are cooking

Put your burgers together: Put lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each bun

Then put a burger patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, onion slices, and pickles on top of each patty

On the top half of the buns, spread ketchup and mustard

Then, put them on top of the burgers that have been put together
