Delicious Salmon Sushi



In this delicious sushi recipe, you can enjoy the freshness of the salmon with the delicate tastes of the sushi rice and nori.

Ingredients:

  • 200g sushi rice
  • 4 sheets nori seaweed
  • 200g fresh salmon fillet
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Soy sauce, for serving
  • Wasabi, for serving
  • Pickled ginger, for serving

Instructions:

Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool

Slice salmon and cucumber into thin strips

In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved

Spread cooled sushi rice evenly over one side of each nori sheet

Place salmon and cucumber strips on top of the rice

Roll each sheet tightly using a bamboo sushi mat

Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces

Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger
