Gin Lavender Latte

A unique take on the traditional latte, made with lavender flowers and a hint of gin for kick.

Ingredients:

• 1 shot gin
• 1/2 shot lavender syrup
• 1/2 shot espresso
• 3/4 cup steamed milk
• Lavender buds for garnish

Instructions:

Brew espresso and steam milk

In a glass, combine gin, lavender syrup, and espresso

Pour steamed milk over the mixture

Garnish with lavender buds
