Mocha Chocolate Spritz Cookie Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed spritz cookies
- 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
Instructions:
Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan and preheat the oven to 350F 175C
Melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and buttermilk in a big bowl
Mix thoroughly until fully incorporated
Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy after adding the eggs and vanilla extract
One tablespoon of hot water should be used to dissolve the instant coffee granules in a separate small bowl
To the large mixing bowl, add this coffee mixture and thoroughly mix
After sifting in the salt and cocoa powder, gradually stir in the all-purpose flour and mix until the batter is smooth
Stir in crushed spritz cookies and semisweet chocolate chips
Transfer the brownie mixture into the baking pan that has been preheated and level it out
On top of the batter, sprinkle the chopped dark chocolate
For 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs, bake in the preheated oven
Take it out of the oven and let it cool in the pan for approximately fifteen minutes before slicing it into squares
