Brownie Batter Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin
Add the vegetable oil, eggs, and water to a bowl and mix the brownie mix together
Mix everything together well
Add the chocolate chips and mix them in
Put about half of the brownie batter into each cupcake liner
Put the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and salt in a different bowl and mix them together until the mixture is smooth
Put a small amount of the chocolate fudge sauce in the middle of each cupcake liner that has brownie batter in it
Cover the fudge sauce with another spoonful of brownie batter on top of each cupcake
In a hot oven, bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Let the cupcakes cool all the way down
Pour the rest of the chocolate fudge sauce over the cupcakes that have already cooled
If you want, you can sprinkle chopped nuts on top
Serve and have fun!
